About this site
My-Interests is a collection of essays and explorations spanning technology, energy, science, architecture, culture, and lifelong learning, with a virtual gallery of Western art and a shelf of original books, all free to read.
It began as a place to organize personal curiosity and to share subjects that reward deeper understanding. Over time it has grown into a library covering ground as varied as artificial intelligence and datacenter infrastructure, energy systems and geopolitics, architecture, opera, Shakespeare, martial arts, and healthy aging.
The articles are written for curious readers who want more depth than a typical news story, but who don't need specialized expertise. The goal isn't to persuade or advocate, but to explore interesting ideas, explain complex topics clearly, and encourage further learning.

About the author
I'm an energy-industry veteran, a lifelong learner, and an enthusiast of many subjects. My career has been spent on large-scale energy infrastructure; my interests range well beyond it, from architecture and literature to martial arts and health-span.
This site reflects that curiosity. Rather than focusing on a single niche, it serves as a home for thoughtful exploration across the disciplines I find meaningful, useful, or simply fascinating. If a topic helps us better understand the world — or better enjoy our time in it — there's a good chance it will eventually find its way onto these pages.
